                        Sanity

                        I am convinced
                        that forgetting
                        is sanity
                        not
                        an old man’s failing

                        When I remember
                        the pain
                        I cannot
                        sleep

                        Or if I do
                        the images
                        startle me
                        awake

maybe thats why I have such a bad memory at such a young age
alot of feeling in these few words.. not sure to grin or sob.
I like it.

(big hugggssssssss) I agree, dearest friend, we all need to forget sometimes and we're better off if the memory can never benefit or work as an antibiotic! (sad sigh) This is well-said, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet E.J, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Forgetting is sanity. How true is that; if only it  was  as easy as reading this insightful poem.
