I rest myself upon your grave fingers laced soft through spring grasses and autumn thoughts I lift my face upward to falling sun on the chance that I may glimpse your soul-sparkle in the early evening stars I dream of youth mine and yours both stolen in the space of a second that changed an eternity I rest myself in dew-drenched memory and cling to the light of life as darkness creeps in. *Krista Knutson* |

I rest myself upon your grave fingers laced soft through spring grasses and autumn thoughts I lift my face upward to falling sun on the chance that I may glimpse your soul-sparkle in the early evening stars This is so lovely, in a bit of a dark way. Yet the words allow for the softest of touch upon the reader. I like this. [This message has been edited by WhiteRose (03-25-2003 08:57 PM).] |

(big hugggsssssss) Yes, always embrace the light as that is where comfort and rest is always found and the angels will offer you strength! (sigh) This is very heartfelt, sweet friend, yay, I'm happy to read your poetry again, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Krista, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

Good to see you back... again. I loved this poem. The imagery was wonderful, the blending of the acutal with the etherial was great. |
