Of the rest of your life,
Then give it your best shot
To banish your strife.

Waste not an hour
In longing & pain,
Stop all the losses
And work for the gain!

Don't languish in bed
Letting life pass you by,
Reach out and grab life
And give it a try.

By making an effort,
Even small chores will do,
As long as it's something
And it's done by you!

Drifting lacks purpose,
You go nowhere at all,
You're a rudderless ship
Or a plane that will stall.

Take pride in your work
And all that you do,
Take care of yourself,
To thine own self be true.

The body's the temple
Of your mind and your soul,
By honoring it,
The triad is whole.

Breathe in fresh air,
Sip fruits of the vine,
Eat foods that are wholesome,
Exercise ~ don't recline!

Sleep your eight hours,
Rest after hard work,
A healthy strong body
Is a mighty nice perk!

Look on the bright side,
It's good for the soul,
Get plenty of sunshine,
Eat foods ~ pure and whole.

By keeping things simple,
Your troubles will wane,
With less on your plate,
You'll lessen your pain.

Give of yourself
In love to another,
Treat those that you meet
As your sister or brother.

Feeding your spirit,
Fills you up with joy,
Soon you'll be singing,
"Great ships ahoy!"
