goodbye?
saying goodbye can be so hard,
expecialy in the summer,
when everything is alive

Summer days
are so cold
the touch of glass on your hand
chills your skin
breaking through the water

run-
before the door closes,
you might not get another chance,
to say
goodbye

I look and I listen, does not everyone?

Hi liz, I like what you have to say in this piece. I hate goodbyes myself. They are always so final it seems.

As sad as goodbyes can be, it's always sadder when you let the chance slip past until it's too late.
