Sometimes, this fluttering inside my mind takes on a champagne gown And as I see the filigree, the hem I lift, the straps come down To make the most of life to boast, for there is nothing wrong In sheer at least, this life to feast, where scarves of silk belong And there must be a part of me transcending what once was What some may seek, seems little worth, the peel without the fuzz An orchard grew beneath my feet, to lend its arms to nest In simple ways, I pass the days collecting fruits at best Sometimes to trickle down my chin, in trails along my neck To smile wide, and feel inside the sweetest juices circumspect So short to show, the curves below that still seem spry and green In sheer at least, this life I feast, the most that I have seen Copyright Kkh 3/22/03 |

(sigh) Oh Kathleen, this is lovely, sweet friend, may the orchards all contine to fill your garden and the monarchs always find a reason to drop by and pay a visit in your soul! (smiles) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you!
