Sounding clearly through the distance
Heard through the rustle of a gentle breeze

We can speak without words

So that's a rictameter...it looks much like a diamonte. They must be the same thing with different names, or there are nuances here that I'm missing...which is too very likely, on my part.

It's a soft and lovely poem, lined out beautifully!

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

I love this.  I, too, live far from my love, and you phrase my thoughts so well.  (PS She visits soon for 6 weeks!)  Ken J

Virginia,
Now, that's a new one (again). I've never
heard of a "diamonte", so I don't know
what the differences would be, or how
slight they would be.
I really thank you for for liking it.

Karilea,
WOW!! That makes me feel good for you to
say that!! Thank you, Lady.

Nancy Lee,
Thank you. You really should try them.
They are so much fun to try to write.
I'll bet you could do some beautiful ones.

Alyssa,
Thank you so much. I'm glad that it made
your day start off better.

I really appreciate all of you.
Heart hugs to you all.

Lori,
Thank you very much.
You're right, too, sometimes words
just aren't needed.

Ken,
Thank you so much.
That makes me feel good to know someone
relates to what I write.
Oh, I'll bet you are so excited,
you can hardly wait until she gets there.
That's really great!!

Thank you very much.
I'm really glad that you like it,
sweet friend.

I really appreciate and thank all of you,
