I love you but I hate you,
My mind is so confused,
Everytime I am around you,
I feel I always lose.

I love you but I hate you,
I don't know how you feel,
I wish somehow that I could tell,
If my heart will ever heal.

I love you but I hate you,
I don't even know who you are,
We are so close together,
So then why do I feel so far?

I love you but I hate you,
I think I hate you more,
You broke my heart into pieces,
and threw them on the floor.

I love you but I hate you,
Now i'm saying goodbye,
For the love you always promised me,
Was nothing but a lie.

I suppose it could be said that we hate not having our love appreciated or returned...
Although sometimes it is our fault for striving to take a friendship too far...
