As twilight calls, to waterfalls, in blackbird throat of redwing balls
In springtime tears, the meadow clears, to take night as a lover

In gentle kiss, there leaves remiss, another summer promises
In springtime tears, in voice endears, a shower thirsted of her

Then fully drenched, sweet seedlings quenched, by afternoon politely benched
In springtime tears, the season hears, sweet scents of one another
