He wakes with no desire Only the sad longing Of a youthful observer Looking on at the world machine He wishes to join. . . A small child Looking at older kids Begging to be able to play They kick him and spit at him Say he is too small he can't do anything at all. . . The things he sees Are more than the world knows The pot boiling up about to explode But it is held in check By a determination long since gone. . . A girl all alone Sees the end of her life But she has so much to do She has to love, to teach, to live She stays up late at night Begging god to give her a few more days But where was she before. . . Leaving the agents to play alone— God created a lonely world, lonely not for us, but for him [This message has been edited by noah j (03-17-2003 07:51 PM).] |

Its easy to feel this way. That is a profound question on the reason of creation. Why would an all powerful self suffient god create. Lots of things to think about. |

Very deep conversation starter, this one. Nicely done. ~You might say I'm a Dreamer, but I'm not the only one... |

God - Noah this is amazing - left me with that same feeling - if God feels all through us why then why - would he want to feel our pain? Very good xxoo |
