The Dreams That I Dream

I am but a simple man with simple dreams
I always thought that love was out of reach
Till you came along and proved me wrong
And so I owe you everything I have

Very few people ever get to feel love like this
And I am so indebted to you for giving it to me
I have always read about love and happiness
But nothing I have ever read compares to this

The way you give of yourself completely
Just to make me happy and so full of cheer
Is more than any person in this world deserves
And I am truly grateful for it all

How can anyone ever repay such love and devotion?
I just don’t think it possible to express the gratitude
But I will spend every moment of every day
To give to you all that you give to me

For you are the dreams that I dream

Hey there, Bro!  Loved this one.  If poetry truly reflects life, then it would seem you are very appy these days.  I hope that's true.

We'll have to catch up sometime.  We haven't talked in ages!

Love ya, Bro!

Hello Jeffrey

Your words were overflowing with love and were very much enjoyed.  Here is a little something for you and your lady.

"Love......
to melt and be like
a running brook that
sings its melody
to the night."

Take care.......Sue
