Movements of The Body

Like the rudder of a ship
the mind sets a course and directs
the movements of the body.
Some set a safe course, a
wise course and some venture
into dangerous currents and risk
stormy seas or perilous reefs.
Those that navigate wisely will
enjoy a happy and prosperous life.
Those that navigate foolishly must
fear each days journey and will
guarantee themselves much pain
and sorrow.
