I'd like to introduce myselves,
And share the mes within,
One leads a life of purity
While the other lives in sin.
My name is 'Earth Angel',
I'm the earthy sort you see,
I spout pearls of wisdom,
But they're from God,
And not from me.
I try to walk the Godly talk
By being good all days,
But often I have fallen
In many countless ways.
At times I may be saintly,
Putting all before myself,
But then concerns of my own,
Puts others on the shelf.
When I'm in my devilish mode
And my shining halo slips,
Little horns grow in its place
And my alter ego flips!
My angel self is quite demure,
With gentle, caring ways,
But then the devil in me
Sucks up my sunny rays!
It is a constant battle,
Between the Dark and Light,
I pray that Goodness wins the war,
But it's gonna be some fight!
