I am a girl and i dress and look and talk like a girl and I thought I wrote like a girl, but people keep thinking I'm a boy! I've emailed two moderators my picture because my computer won't upload it, but untill they respond, I don't think I can do it myself! LIZ that's a girl's name! LOL Wind.. Poor GIRL ( Not Boy ) keeps getting called a boy.. lol.. I guess that everyone just keeps on thinking that wind is a girl name.. Cant blaim em cuz i thought it too. I wish to become a great poet some day, but it will only come in time. Til then, I shall write my poems, and wait. |

ROTFL, Wind, I knew you were a teenaged girl, and I might add, quite a wonderful poet with a great sense of humor...so relax, I am also a female, and more than once had someone write "good poem, sir!" to a poem. Not recently though, as I've been hanging out in here long enough now that most know I'm just an old gal who likes poetry. |

Hey...I wrote a poem to all the ladies once and listed dozens by name. One of the names I listed was Sy. Oops! You're not the first to be mistaken and not the last. Be thankful a picture would clear that up. For some that wouldn't help. But just in case it happens again you might want this tool:  If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

I'm not exactly "serene" either. note to Andrew, I happen to have a flair with cosmetics--I've seen your pics---hmmm...you've got great bone structure...We pluck those eye brows, and a light line to bring out your lips...I think you could even keep your hair short, with no wig...we may have to shave your legs...haven't seen those...and I think with your coloring you should dress in emerald tones...hmmm... I think I'm envious...you have more potential than I do!  And wind? That picture is too cute with this post! and funny, I always thought of the wind as feminine too--but I would take it as a compliment--but my taste in poetry (as well as other things) tends to go toward the masculine... |
