Um...huh?  When I clicked that link, the article was about a 10-year-old piece of toast with the supposed image of the Virgin Mary, and the bids it garnered on eBay.  If anything, it's simply News of the Weird.

What exactly were you trying to say with that link?

Ah, ok.  For a moment there I thought the url had changed from something more something negative about America and Americans, to something more banal and tabloid worthy.  If the BBC wishes to become another The Onion or WWN, that is totally up to them.
