The Dream seller ( a street vendors cry) Come Buy! Come Buy! Listen for my bell. Listen to what I sell. Come Buy ! Come Buy! I have dreams of tender lovers, Or of a Maid surpassing fair. Of golden nights when you discover , The answer to your silent prayer. Let me weave my magic for you. Bring love and joy to you this night. Before the coming of mornings dew , Loving transports of pure delight. Come Buy! Come Buy ! Answer to my bell. Go to your bed and lie, Pay me well! Pay me well! arthur well its a change form muffins |

arthur - I enjoyed this read and could almost see the seller calling out. Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |

Arthur, great imagery here! This is one of if not your best. I agree with Richard, it does remind much of something from Oliver Twist! Well done poet sir! ~Hugs across the pond to you, Nancy~ ~Time has cast a spell on you, |
