You spend so much time, at your mom and dads Each and everyday, you think you have to go Alot of times I worry, what will happen to you Will you just fall apart, or will you start to grow Will you blame it all me, as if it is my fault When they are not there, for you to always run to Or, will you start drinking more, and turn violent No strength do I have to keep on carrying you Everyday, you pat yourself, on your shoulder Acting as if, you have done something great Leaving me here, while you go running around The spirit I once had inside, you finally did brake These are some of the things, I often worry about With you I never do know, what might sprout © By Sue 2-25-02 |
