Shadows In this season… deep with long shadows, into sparrow grass, burnt from Summer, death bent in frozen stares at bitter hands craving some perspective mislaid on this unlawful gloom, my longing for rescue from Winter’s clutch choking the hope from me as I reach for the soft Earth clawing out of the shadows into the light of Spring CM |
