dreamed with pen in hand last night
to ease thoughts of you while trying to sleep,
but sleep failed me because I just couldn't remember
how to fall there without the soft joy of your voice
seeking me through the haze of impossibilities we share.
So I write to share the hollow in me
caused by your absence
as I long to giggle at your sleepy head snore.
Perhaps I'll never be nestled into the neck of you
but at least your sound could rock me
to the pleasure of sleep.
I dreamed with pen in hand last night
and wrote you short love poems I can't remember now.
I tried to ease thoughts of you
and you simply would not go away
so I did not sleep.

My ears have not yet drunk a hundred words
Of that tongue’s uttering, yet I know the sound:" "Romeo and Juliet"

(big hugggssssss) Oh my gosh, I know just how you feel, only I dream of my love all the time and I don't want to wake up from my dreams because I just want to love her where I can find her for now! (sigh) We all love you so much, sweet friend, may your love come and embrace you and make all your thoughts seem larger than life forever!
