Deception’s Web  The silken lies of despite’s fame Threaded in web of reckless shame Touch the warp and weft of true Taking hope and heart of you Heed my words of wisdom here Else you will live your life in fear Listen not to deception’s voice Or you’ll lose the hope of choice Caught hearts of joy in hated hold Left them bedraggled and so cold Twisted within a painful wrench Nailed in blood to liars bench This web of silken lies of pain Hold you bound in tortured shame Steal your soul without a doubt Leave you desperate now without Listen now please listen well This your future I’ll foretell A web of lies will kill all true Then what becomes of you?
