Soft cerulean eyes Fade into yesterdays... A tender gypsy-soul, Here a moment And then...gone... Hallowed fairy-child Now flitting light Only in sorrowed Dreams... And she struggles To know the enigma Of random death As she grieves... Innocence now rests Neath tear-dampened earth, A child born And then to die In the space of but A single breath... And a mother weeps For a newborn love Here a moment... But never gone. *Krista Knutson* |

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Krista, this is so very beautifully heartbreaking, my heart goes out to this poor other and her loss and I pray that she will heal in time and that her child will always guide her with love and know it will always be part of her heart forever! (kiss on cheek) This is sad but well-written, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Krista, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

...and even for those lost little ones that never even had the chance of first breath...this is tender and quiet in its remembrance of what a mother loses in a stillborn moment... thank you Krista...this is exquisite, and touched with a charm of heart.... |

this breathes ever so gently. . . reminding of times and beings still with us. . . if only in spirit. . . excellent. . . --------------------------------------------------------- To the world, you may only be one person. But to one person, you may be the world. |

A deeply tender and poignant poem. A grief well defined. |

This one almost slipped by me. You've evoked images of such tenderness and sorrow. Adding just a little ease to a harsh pain. Beautiful poetry as always, and I hope to see more, dear one "A hard, cold wisom is required for goodness to accomplish good. Goodness without wisdom always accomplishes evil" - Robert Heinlein |
