Just a note
Like a whispered touch
A written kiss
Scriptures sigh
A captured breath
Of lovers dream
To me
Of you
This note

You left a note
A few words
Which brushed
My skin with blush
Made me warm inside
Heated my smile
With textured trace
Your note
To me
From you

It was a note
Not much
A memory’s kiss
Tracing fire with
Fingertip grace
Over skin grown warm
Suddenly
Desire held me
