Winter Fades To Spring

Winter’s coat on mountains beam
tipped with livid ashen scheme,
death of wintry solstice vowing
vernal seasons theme to arousing.

Fleshy leaves and pretty blossoms
embark upon own wondrous rhythm
circular motion; to flawless chime
announces the arrival of springtime.

God’s earthly creatures arrive anew
give pure testimony unto
prospects promised of fresh season
assuring springtime’s trusty beacon.

The mind affords rebirth as well
chance to change the human will,
all things can begin fresh new start
why not share some of your heart.

With creation of season due
comes magnificence of colored hues
giving triumph over all
sequenced seasons that befall.

Saying goodbye to winters obscurity
shedding veil of earthen blight,
springtime brings tranquillity
blessing earth with pure delight.

WELL, there you are!! My last email to you bouced back, I'm glad you are online again. Now I have to beg to quarrel with you, it is never winter in San Diego  LOL.
I like this poem,a lot but I  know what you mean about words not coming lately. I have only done a few poems since my Grandmother died a month ago.

The imagery is exceptional...I'm sorry the muse has left you. Head over to the Challenge forum and try out some challenges.

Cerenity~
This is as lovely a poem as I've seen~
You've a verse-bouquet in your garden ... just gotta get out there and pick 'em and pen 'em~
