like giggling stones of white standing on one foot arms stretched out pretending to be angels... she would sit there for hours talking to him, her lord I would hear them laughing the grass ground obsorbed their sounds her idea of death was that he was a handsome lover with gentle hands that just picked her life cell by cell and ate it like small candies she said he loved her most and kissed her in the mornings and when she felt pain he would hurry up a little to make it pass I never saw him that way but I did see him in her eyes when she looked at me she got to where she didn't have time to spend with me was always in a hurry to get back to him sometimes now, I see her wave from behind the rows of stones.... ©Dark [This message has been edited by Dark Stranger (03-28-2002 05:09 AM).] |
