Green

He stood surrounded by
green
delights, testing [tasting] paths
previously untrod,
finding pleasure
through his
soles

palms have soles,
you know

he promised himself
to return

he intends
to return

he still has much to explore

Deca this is an amazing write.  I have been looking at it since you posted this morning...and I, as the others, see this many ways.  Oh how I do love a poem that makes me stop and think and have another read!  Well done my friend.  Hugs.
