Innocent child smiles at the spring born sun
Like some pure acknowledge of a warm heart
And they feel he is that rare special one
Destined to be the person set apart.

That he shall become someone distinguished
And grow up to be an honoured person,
Is something they readily establish
Just by looking at the way his fate lines run!

Why could they just not let him be his own
Why make him an unintended hero?
Why did they choose to have him bound and churned,
Enslave him in their expectation growth?

What a life judged by vague palmistry
With one’s ways of life decided at birth!
So sad, one can’t be who he wants to be,
Turning his world into one lacking mirth.

Weirdly strange such people in their ways
When repression forms their dark hallowed faith
Maybe just an irksome thought of today
But, enforced choices live to haunt till death.

....

was watching a documentary a few days back, where the young ones in an entire community were forced to behave in a particular way, to grow up in a particular way... and thought how difficult do we make our own lives thus!!!

Thanks for coming by,
Sudhir

...why make him an unintended hero...

Suddy, it amazes me how so many strive, yet for every person that "makes the grade", what percentage of mankind fails...in someone else's eyes...

you've written a thinker here...

Sudhir,

as always you leave me deep in thought.
you have portrayed some strong questions
here, as always wonderfully written.
might i add your rhyming perfect!

take care.

(big hugggssssssss) This is so very sad, sweet friend, I too do not believe much in horoscopes and determining ones life from another, I believe in following your own dreams and setting your own life before you, for I feel it is saddening to have to surrender a rite of passage and live an unhappy life of labor and sacrifice! (sigh) My heart goes out to evetyone who faces these challenges and I pray for their freedom, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sudhir, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
