Last night I finally fell asleep, ...escaped from silent screams, In desparate search of solitude, ...I sought out childhood dreams. No path to take, my passage blocked, ...by ail of life's deceit, I could not scale the battlements, ...built high by pain's surfeit. I stood upon dark bridge of sorrow, ...my sanity its toll, Whil'st etched upon my soul within, ...did Thanatos inscroll. I ached sweet balm of memories, ...of youthful absolution, But felt harsh sting of mortal sin, ...avenging retribution. No dispensation for my soul, ...no relief from endless sorrow, In mournful wait for silent screams, ...I slept until the 'morrow. [This message has been edited by Tim (03-24-2002 02:12 PM).] |

Sometimes there is no other place to take refuge but in our sleepy eyed dreams. Nice work Tim~ |

A deep and dramatic night's escape... powerful and focused. Very well done. ThisDiamond |

(smiles) Oh Tim, I know just how you feel, dreamin is my favorite part of the day always so I can escape the bitterness of the world and find comfort that I fail to find when I'm awake and dream of my dream girl Joanna and so much more happily! (big hugggssssss) May you always hold close your sweetest dreams, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Tim, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |
