this is another performance piece that I do with my guitar player Steve and me on my 3 hole bamboo flute. Damaging evidence deliberate intention the moth fluttered to the flame beautiful butterfly flew away. What you did to me, what I let you do to me, to me or not to me that ain't no question. There was a distance never traveled. A destruction in it's wake, like a fire full of fury a strong potion that you gotta take. There was a distance never traveled. The friend said, "drink the wine, it'll make you forget the past." and I said, "the past memories are my private feast, the result of the mutual spell we cast." There was a distance never traveled. "Whatever," that's what all my loves they do say. I'll put it on the line for them each and every day. An expedition into the deepest and darkest unknown. There was a distance never traveled...Mark Coburn |

BRAVO!!! Wow, I love the narration and sentiments you present in your words here, sweet friend, I feel that love can always indeed be an expedition that is full of suprises and can arouse great fear sometimes to all our hearts but as long as we sacrifice our troubles, we are all bound to travel the whole distance to eternity! (big hugggsssssss) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Mark, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Wonderful piece Mark. And don’t we always wonder about that distance never traveled. The “what if” of it all. If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please? |

Mark...This is a wonderful performance piece. It has a great rhythm and an easy flow. I could almost hear this piece being performed. ***Ivy Rose |
