In the dead of the night The voices within Continue to scream in my mind Incredibly confused And not understanding No pity from them will I find They tell me things And control my thoughts I lose all self-control Trying to sleep My thoughts start to wonder My mind begins to slow Beads of sweat Flow down my brow As my heads caves slowly in My eye's closed tight Hands over my ears As the voices slowly win Better to die, and sleep |

 (big hugggsssssss) Oh my gosh, I don't think I have ever seen your words around here before, it is such a delight to finally read them! (sigh) This is sad but eotionally powerful, sweet friend, I think we can all relate to these feelings, for I used to have nightmares all the time and I felt I was being taken in by the end, but when I began to listen and love myself, it was only the beginning always!
