(reposted to introduce the newbies to Toerag).
.
.
Samson had Delilah
Who betrayed him with her spiel.
Road Runner had Coyote out
To have him for a meal.
Holmes had Moriarty
As his ever-present foe.
Batman had the Joker...
Here at Passions - we've got Toe.

Mighty oaks have dry-rot,
Orchids get a fungus.
That pales by comparison
To what we have among us.
Heads of hair have bald spots
We comb so it doesn't show.
Titanic had the iceberg....
Here at Passions - we've got Toe.

Ain't it strange how Mother Nature
Loves to mix and match?
Throw a fly in every ointment
Just to see us scratch?

Oceans have pollution.
Dogs and cats come down with fleas.
What we have is so much worse
Than any one of these...
Tweety had that "puddy tat"
To fill his life with woe
Riding Hood had big, bad wolf..
At Passions - we've got Toe!!

Well now Michael!  This explains a lot of things!  Thank you very much, as I among others was not here when Mr. Toerag was before.  Now I know where he's coming from! ...and the fun rivalry between the two of you.  Hugs.

Okay...Mr. Deer,  So you have a toe which writes poetry...and you call him Toerag.
So now I know that Toerag is really you in disguise...or rather...your toe in disguise.
Wow...even your toe is talanted! ROFL
Hysterically funny!

Balladeer,
Some people never give up,
They suck from a bitter cup.
It seems a grudge you bear,
Will Toe' respond...will he dare?

Here at Passions - we've got Toe.

And I thank God we do. *S* Now how 'bout y'all leaving his posts around long enough for his adoring (but slow) suthern gal to read? *G* Just put a "sent to suthern" instead of "access denied"... ya think? *G*

’Deer I’ve read the Toerag wars, they are hilarious and so is this. Hi there Toe, are you really as black as you’re painted? Is he? I look forward to the outbreak of ‘war’ shall I, if it’s half as funny as all the other skirmishes have been I know I’m in for a real treat. This is again excellent writing, you really are something special.

And I get to reply before mum, now that is an excellent  bonus And please don’t tell me it’s all the same, because I don’t believe you.

Love and warm stuff

Every foot has a Toe it's true
And Balladeer's mouth has a foot....Yassee how he treats me?....I'm so quiet, shy, sweet, kind and considerate....and he treats me like this....I've always been very nice to him?...I just don't understand?...

There once was a ‘Deer, there once was a Toe
They started the sparring here so long ago
Toe went away (I think for a beer)
Or was he scared off by our man Balladeer?
Who’ll be the victor in this round of words?
Each shouting louder, just to be heard
I’ll grab me a beer as I sit by the ring
Waiting to hear the next poem they bring

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Larry...of course he will. Toe has never been one to let fear or common sense hold him back!

Tara...it was really interesting. We had at least a dozen people involved in the wars...quite bloody! (but lots of fun)

Mysteria...my favorite! Shame it had to be relegated to adult. NUTS!

Noah...gazpacho and peas soup? ROFL! Exactly right!!!

Carolina..thanks for sharing with a smile!

suthern gal...there you are! For those who don't know, Suthern is Toe's most fiercely loyal supporter...has been ever since her lobotomy...but we love her, anyway

floria..don't be glad so quickly..he is evil!!!

RosePetal...glad you read them.. NOW you can understand that dastardly fellow!!!

amigo...if he's smart, in about 200 years...which means probably tomorrow..

Krissy..he could make a black cat look like a freshly fallen snowflake...that's how black he is. Watch him!!

jellybeans...no one knows better than you the carnage we leave in our wake!!! LOL! Good to see you.....

Toe...gee, I'm sorry! You know I would never say anything bad about you. This ain't me typing this...it's some evil impersonator trying to get me in trouble. You're my pal!!
