A girl sits on the sidewalk allowing the rain to run over her drenching her hair, soaking her clothes. She hears a step and looks up who she sees is the love of her life the one who has set her free from hatred. Closing her eyes she remembers everything that is in her past every trangression she ever comitted. Paining her so that she cries out in agony her sobs shake her body and she pushes off the arms that have encircled her. Unperturbed he puts his loving arms again where they belong kisses her temple and whispers promises he will never break doesn't let her break away from him She collapses into his embrace the sobs slowly becoming quieter as she allows herself to accept his love The past slowly fading the pain slowly healing the love finally free. I am a rabid horse. |
