The red sunrise lights up the sky
As the morning dew sparkles in the breeze
The first birds begin their song
So sweet and calming is their song
They sing of love and the freedom they have
a freedom to fly,to soar apon the wind
Thier songs greet the morning traveller
Reasurring him of life and the beauty around
He stops to listen, and to reflect
A lovely flower catches his eye
It's colors perfect in all respects
As he watchs it a bee lands on it
Now it is not only beauty but food
He continues on his way content
That it is once more a perfect day.

How lovely! To have a perfect day, flowers, bees....whatever makes your day seem perfect. Thanks for the warm smile this poem gave me.

I believe, like that bee, that if we have enough for the day, it is always a perfect day! Nice thoughts!

(smiles) Awwwww, this is sooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I too can't wait for the beauty of spring to come to Colorado and everywhere else, now when is all this snow going to melt?
