I was taking a bubble bath one night
I saw a spider beneath the skylight
I was relaxing as I watched him crawl
across the top of the ceiling wall
then he disappeared out of sight
and I thought everything was all right
but all of a sudden he appeared
he jumped upon the edge of the tub
he dove into my gardenia bath
disturbing my primrose path
I screamed and jumped out of the water
quickly thinking,  I pulled the plug
down the drain it went ..yes . . .UGH
instead of sweeping it under the rug
as I stood there dripping all wet
I felt like little miss muffet
i guess it was her spider i met

*true story*

(giggles in delight) Ohhhhhhh my gosh, this had me jumping out of my chair, this is indeed a shocking experience! (kiss on cheek) Did you have your curts and whey close to you on the moment of this occurence? (smiles) This is such a  delightful piece, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Victoria, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Oh Nooooooooooo Mr. Bill!

Sounds like a hairy experience!   For myself:  I like to keep a leg up on the insect population.  You know, the arachnid was not scared,
that is
until he Spied-Her!   ~getting out while the getting is good~!

Now this would make for a good home video!
I don't think Ms. Muffet would like taking a bath with her spider either, then again some spiders are good!

O No! Wow! What a delightful story.

A spider crawled into her tub
Just wanting a tiny little rub
She frowned

She yelled and screamed and splashed like rain
and quickly pulled the bathtub drain
Sucking down

The spider quickly lost it way
Just went down in the hole that day
And drowned.

Victoria, I'm in favor of relocating the tiny creatures,
but being naked I can see why you couldn't.  Makes for a cute write!

YIKES!!!  I have a TERRIBLE fear of spiders.  Now you're gonna give me nightmares. LOL!  Hey, Victoria, call Orkin!

Dear Victoria, a great story, you must be one of the bravest woman that I know of and the spider must have been one of the dumbest ever, you've given a picture which gave me a smile for a while.

Enjoyed the read.

~~shiver~~ That brought to mind the spider that was in bed with me last week...dang! I jumped up so quick I twisted my ankle some, but that sucker wound up a hairy little ball in the trash can! Teach him to take a hike over my behind! *LOL* Oh, I dislike spiders!!! (and my hero here was NO help! For him, a leg up means, I am outta here! hehehee) Loved it!

Spiders scare the heck out of me-because they jump right at you. I'd have been screaming my head off and running through the house naked and dripping.
