Gypsy Hollow

~*Marge Tindal*~

There's a Gypsy Hollow
where the red-winged Faeries play
Where buttercups keep filling up
with songs from far away~

Beckon of my spirit
to the land I love so well
From far across the bay they turn
on memoried carousel~

Soft, soft notes of homeland
calling me out to play
in the Gypsy Hollow
of my yesterday~

I'm bound again to Gypsy Hollow
where the red-winged Faeries play
I'm homeward bound on heart-songs
to that land so far away~

This is my kind of place, in the hallows where I can listen to the songs that fill the buttercups. What a lovely thought, and the pictures were perfect!

Delightful Marge~

Margie girl darling sister of my heart I suppose you think that I’m going to praise you to the skies? Hmmm? …….. Well, of course I am, this is utterly utterly wonderful as YOU very well know. The picture is gorgeous the tone of the poem as light as fairy dust and oh how you’ve sprinkled that joy around.

This is really fabulous writing sometimes when you don’t expect it showers of moonbeams descend on you. They dropped like little twinkles of delight when I read this. Oh my eyes they are refreshed and my soul is washed in joy this is sooooooooo beautiful.

Absolutely first class writing you are an utterly wonderful writer.

Is there a Blarney Stone there too? That would make it top 'o the dream list.

Auntie Margie girl this is truly wonderful, the fairies are truly lovely, the whole poem is a pure delight. Really excellent writing auntie Margie. You always seem to be able to perform the magic of fairies leaving footprints of love over the pages and twinkles of fairy dust in my eyes. Thank you for this beauty
