(A stream-of-conscience list poem. *s)

My man with his washboard stomach, fine lint coverage
My man with storm tossed ocean hair,
coffee froth curls behind scroll ears and moonshine hairline

My man, with the mountain cliff chin
and lashes of rainy day rivelets,
speaks with a windbent reed whim
through daylily lisps.

My man stands straight on a Pisa foundation,
My man with Beethoven stoicism plays keyless
through quarter inch racing stripe fingers

My man, with his deer in the headlights common sense
and hyena crazed laughter, walks with a broken gate gait
on lethargic stilt legs from the Five and Dime store
but I love most his molten steel stare
My man with the steepled, bats in the belfry pride.
