Love ingrained in me Rhythms the dancing, my heart Pacing each day new. Nicely said, Maureen. Love in the heart is God's true long lasting spiritual love. Love in the flesh is just a quick dinner call. Oh, Newell, this is a lovely piece! I do believe this would be categorized as senryu, though, since haiku focuses on a nature scene. Senryu has broader subject matter, that is usually relative to human feelings and more abstract comcepts. I don't mean to nitpick, though, or undermine this. It is a fabulous poem! |

Morcastlin. Thanks for your kind suggestion. You are correct and I am changing the title to reflect your wisdom. And also thank you for your kind words of appreciation. They warm my morning. ((Morcastlin)) -newell Sharing God's Love through perfectlovepoetry.com |

LOL..you are quick! You're welcome! I hate to give suggestions, because some writers are very touchy...but I figured it's better for me to do it nicely before someone else does it in a more abrupt manner. Someone pointed out to me once that my haiku was really a senryu and I was grateful that she was sweet about it. I've gotten some rough advice in my time... ;o) (((((Newell)))))) Love, Bonnie |

O Bonnie, you are a such a sweetheart! I am indeed one who is often very touchy about advice. But I am very, very open to learning truth. I greatly respect knowledge. And I adore wisdom. But I do despise opinion when given as truth. Although I do need to be very careful, myself, as I am often accused of doing the very thing that I despise. But I believe that I am learning to follow my own advice, LOL.... Thanks, again. Love and (((Bonnie)) -newell Sharing God's Love through perfectlovepoetry.com |

Dulcinea, good luck on controlling your liver. That liver hormone factory can surely get us into a lot of trouble, LOL... But a warm sweet loving heart is always a fine choice. But all too often they ride together. Thanks for your kind words.
