Our Love, Created By God's Hand

You are the one
I've never met,
the voice
I've never heard,
I know you not
by your face
or your eyes
but, I am already in love
with the very thought of you.

You are the friend,
the lover,
I have never touched,
yet, you touch my heart
by existing in this world.
And, I know that one day
you will hold me with patient embrace
and whisper kindred dialects
that only our souls can hear.

Reason and fantasy shall align
and all things will become beautiful
in honour of our spirits entwined;
For, we are two hearts
who met once upon a time in heaven
and fell in love as angels,
soon to be reunited here on earth as one.

All the pieces of lifetimes before
will fall into perfect place
our lives will be whole, complete
at the moist of our first kiss.

Our passion shall flourish always
into the final dance of time
and the moon shall weep in smiles
for our sacred bond so rare.

Yes, we are meant to be through blessing of destiny
as we are the ever flowing lyrics to cupid's song
of a love story written in the stars
with God's very hand.

See...now that's what I like! The purity of a diehard romantic. What an incredible poet you are. Such smooth flowing poetry with divine imagery (and I don't mean the pic, as nice as that is). Wow I am so impressed. Thanks.

I thoroughly enjoyed these verses...and the last one was very nice for combining the thoughts, a bit of tweaking and this could become a very outstanding piece! Nice work.
