I Have Nothing To Give For My Valentine I have nothing to give you except this fire A fire that burns bright feeding desire A flame that flares into incandescent heat With each pulse and every single heart beat Take from me this endlessly burning flame Fall into fire that drives you insane I have nothing to give except heart’s fire Accept the gift of love wrapped in desire I have nothing to give you except love’s kiss A kiss that is burning in desire’s bliss Taste the fire that runs between you and me It’s liquid heat bubbling passionately Take from me this gift that I offer to you Now feel love’s flame as it consumes you too I have nothing to give except heart’s own kiss Accept the gift of love wrapped in this I have nothing to give you except this flame A flame that burns hotter than any the same Bathe in the fire that flows from within me Let it fill and know you intimately Take from me this heat feel it growing so much Draw it in you and feel its fire's touch I have nothing to give except heart’s own flame Accept the gift of love wrapped in heats name Marsha To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace Luke 2:79 |
