My apology

"But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be
seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."
NIV John 3:21

Pardon me
as I fly free
don't mean to be rude
flying nude.
for all to see.

As I paint
quaint
illusions
forgive my sacred intrusions
as I try
to understand truth
avoiding lies,

As truth defies
all man's language.
please don't languish
or judge me
in my virtual reality
as I will also receive
all you believe

Reflect without fears
words from your mirrors
into my ears
your truths
to fuse
thoughts you see
with thoughts I see.

I sincerely regret
words from me
to thee
which cause you rain
or pain
making you
blue
or angry
unnecessarily.

Please accept my apology

My apology.

Newell darling boy, this is utterly utterly wonderful, I love the imagery and the language in this. I swear I can see you flying through the air.

Absolutely wonderful use of language and vivid pictures I really do like this.

Thank you, floria. I just felt that I should be sensitive to God's children who may be following religious doctrine and beliefs that I often question strongly, offering widely different views which could be misconstrued as opposing their beliefs. I do believe that God is pure and that he is pleased when in our hearts we love through any ways that man might invent. I think of doctrine and religions as man-made worship templates, and do not suggest that they are not given by God to annointed men of cloth in the spirit. I condem none of them. As I believe that all have a purpose and are like lanterns that allow candles to light, spread and burn within. And I do not wish to offend any followers of light, no mater what religion, if any, they choose to follow.

Thank you, Sandra, for you kind understanding. But based on my own family's experience with dogma and doctrine, I do believe that there are many souls who believe so rigidly in narrow beliefs, that they actually take on much pain when they  see or read any view that is outside their own narrow teaching. It is sad, but true.

And I would like to try to comfort such dedicated souls, and try to assure them that I am not against them  even though many have been taught by men of cloth to believe all people who speak as freely as I do are the enemy.
