it was another cup of bluster sun
in cock-a hoop of high feather
with swagger jaunty in his rays
he disdained the knees of my vanity

I wore burnskin jackets over my seed
lest it be selfishly abandoned
in furrows of my virtueous immorality
was I then the reputable phoenix?

did my covet call loud the lash
and did my guillotine lids
earn the lifeless right to blink
electric noose of neck to lethal

or was my godling odin just a logo
with no rhema to proclaim in exercise
did the north seas applaude my deity
of one with mirrors and smooth glass pool

was my mythical forbidden from the begin
and did I walk with baby feet legs
from some mother edge of pain
to be the journyman of devine penance

I rested in wallow heat gluttony
overdone in my lack of potation
forgive my prohibition and service me
let me worhship with voracity

at the well wet alter of your specter

May love and light always shine upon you!
