Another in the Ramble series

And I speak the words, daring the sky
To laugh, to feel anything
But the moon and stars rotate
On an endless pattern

It was enough that
I could stand with you,
But, I am here,
Standing alone,
While the gods above
Try and render some
Placement of peace
Is there?

I can breathe
All the scents of earth,
Slowly, deeply, almost tasting each one

But what is left if I can’t
Feel anymore?

Do you ever wonder
What true love is?
A mystery,
To be solved, yet it
Tantalizes our senses
Bringing forth
The pleading heart,
Which walks among
The waves

I have heard the chant,
I have thrown the flowers
In time, where they sail the mist
Of sea and haunt my dreams
On a violin of sound,
sometimes in sweet
Melody

Do you feel the gentle
Tug in desperate hours?

Do you know the little moments
That rise from the sea?

Just come, stay awhile
Gather the rocks,

Weep with me

Take me to places
That seem so far away,
Let me hide
My tears within your wings
And breathe you in

again.....

barrier of my mind,
enter my soul,
feel my desire,
let my eyes guide you
into the shadows
of my heart

There is only one change I would make, and that would be to take out the comma after gentle, and before the word "tug"...

I have read this three times, and I just can't seem to make the comma fit...

this is a lovely write...very lovely indeed...

Sometimes your rambles are the most precious of words Lauren. This is one of the most precious jewels that shall ever be tucked into my treasure box....and will definately be treasured. This whispers with ache, depth......beauty.
