Unspoken Whispers

How can so much be said
Without a word being spoken
From the touch of your fingertips
I’ve heard your breath
Whispering along paths
Of my longing
Speak of love, of joy, delight
Passing over my skin
In touch of voiceless
Desire

Intimate details whispered
Stroking through my heart’s soul
Passed between mind and body
In an exchange of spirit
For sensations which quicken
The blood before
Pooling into heated seas
Of sensations felt and heard
Though not said
Heat

I hear your words unspoken
Feel them flowing in
A river of liquid thought
Into my soul’s being
That which is and becomes
Part of you in this merging
Joined united
Silent communication
Of touch alone
Love
