Irrational I stood in a corner of your heart as you ignored me But here I am in my favorite dress a last chance to impress Testing your attitude testing a change But you turn away avoiding my eyes as if for a minute my eyes could ever break the spell So you walk away as I call your name You deny your feelings well But you turn back tempted and you kiss my lips no words spoken And you let me in and I wonder if I'll ever get used to this But your road is too steep and I get lost in this dream and I can't find my way back to where I need to be And I want this game to end but it's too late I am in love again |
