Once Charmed Rummaging through my jewelry, I came across a find. Remember that golden bracelet, on heart your name was signed? Loving You Forever engraved upon its gold. I held it once again in hands and traced the letters bold. Charms that had significance, the high school mascots there, two hearts attached for number one's anniversary, for its share. The smallest house whose roof would lift, reminder of our first, and next my fingers felt the touch, those memories craving thirst. A four leaf clover, lucky find englassed, trimmed in the green. Irish you were always, and I was your Maureen... A volleyball for team play shared, an afghan, our first dog. This bracelet was a journal of our life togethers log. The other links were filled with many charms that once pleased eyes. Magical the powers then, when worn, enchanting I... The empty links remain as such the bracelet put away, in simple elegance of life, where memories now must lay. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." (Will Moss) [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (03-10-2002 02:34 PM).] |

Fitting title...and a memory written without rancor, just knowledge, that some things lay best in the scarves of recall... and how like it that we would have both been given that same bracelet to link our paths together... |

It must be an age thing that our generation did, charms for every major event in our lives...Maybe I should start a Freedom Bracelet of charms..do you have any suggestions of what kinds of charms to place on it...Wouldn't that be an idea to sell to jewelers *s... I bought myself my one and only gift of jewelry for Xmas, it was an antique designed ring with an Alexandrite in it...of course manmade since they are the most expensive stone and you get so little for its cost. It was my gift to myself *s Thank you Karilea and ~V~ [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (03-10-2002 09:33 AM).] |

(smiles) Awwwwwwwww, this is soooooo beautiful, sweet friend, this one made me cry because for some reason, I thought about my graduation ring and how so many memories come to my mind and if I can make all my dreams come true that I have dreamt all this year long! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, may these sweet memories and many more forever fill your heart! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Maureen, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton |

This is wonderful and going into my library!! Chris Life is not measured by breaths you take, but by moments that take your breath away. |
