The times when nothing feels right, I look upon the moon
The change it knows and so controls, something must be coming soon
Though I don't know the what it of's, or even of the when it comes
And for this time I can't know why, or even of the place it froms

In times like this my only want, a cave, the solitary seek of dreams
To leave the havoc of too many thoughts, to leave the longing as it steams
Though I can't say the right or wrong, or even if I might belong
And for this time I cannot know, of moonlight ribbons sleek and strong

In times when no one seems to care, it is myself I treasure there
My breath in vapor trails, of moist in whisper voice, and midnight air
Though I am not and yet I am, in gaze upon the glimmering and liquid frost
And for this time I cannot feel the darkened chill, as certainly to wonder lost

(big hugggssssssss) Soooooo beautifully bittersweet, dearest friend, I too think we all find ourselves looking on the dark side of the moon every now and then, but always stay true youself and your dreams and always be let your heart shine like the Lady Luna you are destined to be! (kiss on cheek) We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I like this. The moon can be a powerful source, heightening inner strength and harmony. And when things get rough in this world, sometimes the greatest solace is found within, even when we don't understand all the forces that surround and affect us.

A beautifully expressed poem of external and internal confusion, yet I feel strong inner strength in the treasure you find in yourself. Well done!
