A friend (for Maureen) "I am a friend to all who fear you, to all who follow your precepts." NIV Psalms 119:63 Only one soul that I need to the end And that is someone to be my dear friend Someone who listens to all that I say And lets me believe it always my way. A loving soft shoulder that's always there With a big open hankie, tears to share A smile when I need it a laughing one Someone who thinks that my joking is fun. And when I am busy and forget to phone Someone who misses me when I'm all alone But gives me freedom to go on my way Waits patiently there wherever I say. Just in case I need a little support Will always dock a ship into my port And carry me along life's crooked road In joyful dance wherever I may to go. A friend who does not need to be my mate But loves and carries me to heaven's gate. A friend. May I be your friend with love for you as above? (BIG HUGGGSSSSSSSS) Oh Newell, this part brought tears to my eyes, God Bless You, you have a very loving and compassionate heart and I am so happy to be your friend, just as so many of us are! (smiles) I know Maureen will always cherish these words and will always be happy to be your friend, sweet friend, we all love you so much, this is outstanding!!! How Can One Refuse As each day comes I promise myself I don't wish to make new friends. Those I have are dear to me and protect me to the end. Of honesty, the trait indeed the one that means so much and secondly unconditionally my friends are these, in touch. I love them for their comfort of heart which in return, I share. Karen, thank you so very much for your loving thoughts. Yes, my spirit does reach out to all spirits who seek me, and I want to extend my love to each and every soul that has an unmet need for love. And Christ is in me with the full power of God so I have plenty of extra love to trade for pain. To anyone who asks me I will always share this love inside of me, spiritually, in any way any soul desires: Friend, father, brother, son, husband, or lover. I believe that all love comes from God, and so I receive bundles of it and pass it on in whatever template a person needs. I believe this is what Christ, God's Son, His Spirit of Love teaches. And I am just a little student, loving God with all my heart, mind and soul. I do care. And, Karen, I think you know how special my love is for you.
