When Quiet Waters Flow Tonight I am floating upon quiet waters Alone in thought 'til mind bottle appears. Inside a poem, words with a yearning of moon-dappled kisses to place on lips here. The flicker of candles, shadow the moonlight. Drifting I am, my thoughts all aglow. The moon reaches out, takes hold of the moment, Sensations in wonder of lips, to bestow. A kiss in "forever", so tenderly set In the calm of my dark, the midnight of blue. I linger in tracings, 'til morning brings light. In the waking of moments, will you feel this kiss too? The touch, like a whisper, a softness of new. Written in mind, mourning kisses of two.
