it begins with a simple dream
where a story comes alive it would seem
from one tiny little line
a vision grows from story to vine
traveling across the ground
with little shoots in places to be found
green with flowers here and there
in various stages like people with hair
some with more some with less
things that never change when you confess
color and touch so many ways
different to all from what the sign says
meaning and depth changing with time
some just words and others that rhyme
but as for me I know today
that after I post I'll fall away
from the top of the world or just this page
of course who's to know at this day in age
but for now I'm falling
and I know that my pillow is calling
but people think that time deals with fashions
as for me it's eternal at passions
(or at least until ron runs out of money to keep it running)

(just realized I missed this part.)

desperado,
no matter how much I tried I couldn't make the title fit the poem...unless you are talking about absence making the heart grow fonder over distance and time.
I liked it though. I liked its flow.

I liked the way you began with a simple dream and where you ended up with this.

Nice~

sorry about this.  I forgot to finish my point and just posted anyways.  but here it is.  it's about how poems slowly fall away from the top of the page.  funny how I don't know how to describe them comming back up  (ok I could but I'm just too tired and want to drink another beer)

Hi hi...you're right..some fall..all I can say is that the ones who don't get to come here often..when they finally get to post and there isn't much response, its the readers that are missing out.

and this does seem unfinished. I've been lucky to be on here lately at the rate I'm going.

anyways..I like this but get yer rear on the move and finish it already.

Funny and wonderful that I've gotten to watch your writing grow over the past few years. I'm loosing count of how long I've known you, but it seems like forever. Okay..I suppose I should move this to e-mail status now?

its good to see you writing.

For all who watch.Dare you say hello? Come in and ask the questions that are on your mind, but spare me your judgement until you truly sipped of me.

Falling??  Shoot...sometimes it is like an
avalanche coming down the mountain...I can
relate to the feeling of falling down the
page...
