So Many Wonderful Poems

So many wonderful poems
so many titles on my screen
I want to read them all and reply
my mind bursting at the seams

if only I could sit here forever
reading these fine works of art
indeed, my life would be pleasant
but there are so many, I don't know where to start

and if I should miss even one day
I fall so far behind
I scramble, but can never catch up
it puts me in such a bind

but the poems are all so special
I want to read every last one
If I did nothing else for a month
do you think I could get it all done?

I feel this way a lot. But you can't catch up because they keep on coming. Sigh.

Lyra darling girl wonderful poem as always and it’s true you can never catch up, I try to keep ahead but I never do. I think even if I sat on site all day and night I still couldn’t read them all even though I want to.

And now I have to bargain with Krissy it’s even worse, never mind I do what I can, I read more than I reply to, and reply to as many as I can.

But you’ve written this so well and it’s so very true. Wonderful writing darling heart, truly excellent

Oh Lyra, how well you expressed this, and it is just how I feel. If I can't get on here I worry, I get worked up. Then I am behind and my stomach hurts, I want so much to answer every single one, and you can tell that by how fast you and I are getting our numbers. LOL...You have touched me with this, This is so wonderful, now if you miss a few, we all can just come back here and read this.

I try to too lyra...first i try to read everyones who responded to mine that day and respond to them...and than i read others ...like right now i should be cleaning my rugs haa but im reading poetry instead..terrible isnt it ha..

(giggles in delight) Oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel, sweet friend, there's always more than enough wonderful poems to comment too and read here and I wish I could read them all! (kiss on cheek) On my birthday on October 28th last year, I had just made it to 1000, now four months later, I have almost 7400! (giggles) You are such a loving and caring friend to us all, sweet friend, we all love you so much and your contributions show how caring you are to everyone! God Bless You! Unfortunately....you can't get the job
completely done....like shovelling sand

I wish i could just sit here and read all day but 3 young boys under 6.... mmmm my house would be destroyed. I know the feeling.
you expressed it so well in this post. got to go now as a matter of fact I believe they are flooding the bathroom... oh well.

And you get so flustered when you can't get to everyone...but, I hope everyone knows that I do read as much as I can, even if I don't have time to reply to each and every one...wish I did...but, I have been trying to get caught up since 9 this morning and just can't stay one step ahead. Good stuff!

I too know what you mean, it is almost impossible to get here and read all the beautiful poems....Heck I have a hard time on a daily basis, and I know I am so far behind on responses....we all try, thats all we can do....
