Shadow Of An Arizona Moon
~*Marge Tindal*~

Out across a Phoenix sky
the moon phased to full
Pregnant with the mystery
of such magnetic pull~

In mesmerize a poet
grabbed her camera and a flash
Out into the chilled night air
she ran with an excited dash~

Hoping to catch that glowing moon
on film before the night was done
Imagine her excitement when
she downloaded her fun~

There in perfect unison
a shadow danced with the moon
An image prominent enough
to make the poet swoon~

So you didn't know the moon cast a shadow
across a clear Arizona sky ?
Well, the proof is in the lens as seen
through a poet's eye~

Love the picture Vicky...we take ten to get a good on and 100 to get one just right...and a thousand to get one like this..

Marge the poem says so much to us shutter bugs always trying to get the light, texture, color and subject all at the perfect second before they are gone.

Marge beautiful job you did with this awesome pic.  Vicky, thanks for sharing it with Marge so she could put her words to it, and share it with us.  Hugs to both of you.

Marge, thank you for such a beautiful poem. And thank you Vic for that stunning picture. Why not venture down to southwestern Arizona, when you get the chance? A quick preview is in the Haven.

Auntie Margie this is such a beautiful piece of work the image and the words marry together ideally.

Thank you so very much for this delightful poem, it’s one of your best I think, you’ve been drinking in the fountain of passion’s think.

Really beautiful the two of you
