Not going to hold you back...my experience with an anxiety & depression tells me anxiety attacks are the result of adrenaline, usually brought on by stress of some sort, which leads us to a physical desire of "fight-or-flight"--the anxiety attacks results from "doing nothing." And depression? Sort of the same. "Depression is anger turned inward."--chuckling...not sure who to credit that quote with--got if off of M*A*S*H!

So talk...I hope I'll be available later...if not? swap e mail through my yahoo address...I am still chained to the cliff here, awaiting sacrifice...

If you can't stand the heat, get out of the microwave? Makes a certain amount of sense, at least until you start wondering what Chris was doing in the microwave in the first place.

Then again, rumor has it that Phoenix, Arizona IS a microwave.

Arizona IS a microwave - that's why I'm moving...

And I changed my mind. I don't want a man who cooks. I want a man who needs to be waited on hand and foot, needs a good massage every night, needs me to iron his shirts, mow the lawn, clean the house, wash the car, do all the shopping (especially holiday gifts for HIS family), cooks good hardy meals, walks the dog (right after I do my clothes shopping at Fredericks of Hollywood and Victoria's Secret).

I feel so sorry for all the poor poets that don't get read and noticed... not me of course cause I've been rejected and overlooked all my life...but they don't handle it as well as I do...and so they quit posting.. ( adding a perfectly timed wipe of eye) Besides....the reason they don't is because they don't belong and some here can be so closed to anyone new....( with slight indignant look) Besides.... so many here are not poets...there works don't rhyme...and they write trash.....

( climbs down off the ladder and looks at Ser) What you munching on Sis? Got a drink to go with it? You do! Great! can I see it a moment?

But experience suggests those quiet ones, when they finally decide to leave their self-imposed corner, have the potential to nova.

Hmmmmmm.... As autumn falls and winter looms ahead - and all the squirrels and chipmunks are sequestering their nuts for the season - One thing I've learned for sure - Even though they taste really good...

They're not the only thing that's good for dinner - The salad is just as good without them - Nuts are definitely optional..

There's hardly any Wendy's in Southern California.

I can always go to In 'N' Out if I don't mind the line (they should call it In 'N' In 'N' In 'N' In 'N' In 'N' In 'N' Out).

McDonald's makes me physically nauseous. Whenever I eat their "food," I feel like I have to throw up after.

Carl's Jr. is okay, but I so prefer Subway. Ah ha! Perfect!
